Gilbert and Sullivan Players

The MIT Gilbert & Sullivan Players is a volunteer group of students and community members dedicated to performing the works of Sir William S. Gilbert and Sir Arthur Sullivan. In addition to the fourteen operettas, MIT G&SP also puts on other musicals, usually with some relation to G&S or the Victorian Age. We accept students and members of the greater MIT and Cambridge community of all range of vocal and technical ability, with preference given to MIT students for major roles, production staff, and pit orchestra. Typically, we do one of the fourteen operettas in the Fall and one in the Spring, with smaller productions in the Winter and Summer. MIT G&SP also hosts singthroughs, movie nights, and other social events throughout the year.
